WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build relationships with HR Partners and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs, devise and execute effective recruiting strategies and provide knowledge to the business on talent acquisition related activities
  • Manage all phases of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, assessing & selecting candidates, negotiating & presenting offers and finalizing hires
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates including screening, timely feedback and onboarding and ensure that every candidate has a positive candidate experience
  • Develops strong understanding of company, competitive landscape and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
  • Leverage the use of all direct recruitment channels, including internal and external job resources and all potential candidate touch points such as social media, employee referral programs, lead generation sources, alumni networks, professional associations, conferences and events
  • Take ownership of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition approval to day one onboarding
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate requirements, agree on the sourcing strategy, train/discuss the recruiting processes, align on communication method & frequency, etc.
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates and provide feedback to hiring manager based on communication plan agreed upon during intake session
  • Work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to collect and provide post-screen, post-interview feedback to candidates in a timely fashion
  • Maintain accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews and candidates through Workday (ATS) to ensure an ‘audit-ready’ posture at all times

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong business acumen and relationships building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute a recruiting strategy using innovative sourcing methods based on the job requirements
