  • Work with business units and stakeholders to determine project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features.
  • Responsible for project deliverables, schedule, quality, and communications.  Allocates and directs resources to accomplish project tasks, and maintains control of project schedule(s) and deliverables.
  • Work as key resource available for the organization in a strategic manner regarding scope, sizing, and level of efforts required (in business terms) for current or future business needs.  Includes analyzing business processes, assist in evaluating alternatives, and determine appropriate solutions with IT staff.  
  • Achieve project goals utilizing Agile delivery and Scrum methodology.
  • Organize and track IT project tasks to ensure successful and timely delivery. Control risk management, help determine level of effort and time & delivery estimates required for solution delivery. 
  • Organize and conduct project planning and Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlogs, reviews, and sprints.
  • Analyze high-level business requirements and translate them into more detailed user stories, use cases, and other functional requirements documents such as process flows, screen mock-ups, gap analysis, etc.
  • Identify and assist in resolving issues, questions, and scope/requirements gaps quickly and effectively to enable delivery and support of applications.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Manage IT projects that are varied in complexity, size, and scope.
  • Assist with development of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.  Participate in testing and analysis of testing results as needed


  • 7+ years of experience as an IT project management experience with a good understanding of Agile values and principles. 
  • Minimum of two years of experience executing Scrum with development teams in Sprints.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification and/or SCRUM Certification equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and tools and software development life cycles (SDLC).  Act as key player in a team environment through all phases of the system delivery lifecycle. 
  • Excellent partnering skills and ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations, and IT.
  • Experience in managing escalation, communications, and resolving issues during custom software development.  Provides updates, lessons learned, and corrective measure suggestions to ensure high quality results while preventing repeat issues from occurring. 
  • Proven working experience as an IT project manager working directly with software development teams utilizing both custom software and vendor or off-the-shelf solutions.
  • Highly proficient in Visio and detailed functional and business workflows.
  • Experience with .NET environment, Salesforce, and SQL Server environments preferred.
