      • Ability to diagnose technical issues in a timely manner, while offering a solution
      • Work independently on development projects
      • Experience working to support internal customers in a help desk environment
      • Customer service experience

      HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

      • 2 years hands on Active Directory experience  
      • Must be familiar with working in a Windows Server environment
      • Must have Office 365 experience
      • 1-2 years hands on PowerShell experience
      • FreshService Help Desk experience is preferred
      • Microsoft Certifications are a plus
