WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Gather and document business use cases, user, functional and non-functional requirements for strategic changes/projects and baseline enhancements
  • Prepare requirement documents (RD) and functional requirement documents (FRD)
  • Complete all required reviews and obtain user and technology approvals as per company standard project methodology and governance
  • Review and execute system test plans and test cases
  • Review the test plans with user and technology stakeholders, and obtain all necessary approvals
  • Work on both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Support IT platforms such as Omni, Communications, Remittance, Actuarial, Plan Change, MVAS, Money Out/In, User Support

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 10+ years of experience as a lead business analyst
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Finance, Finance or Accounting
  • 10+ years within the Financial Services and IT industry
  • 10+ years within Retirement 401k and 403(b) Experience
  • Experience with Omni
  • Experience with translating IT requirements into business language, specifically around IT Technologies (mainframe, script, datastage, etc)
  • Experience with business analysis tools (Jira, RTC)
  • Experience with reporting tools (OBI and Tableau)
  • Successful record of project implementation and production support
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
  • Financial services domain experience
  • Proficient in MS Outlook
