WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Collaborate with IT and Business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end to end technical solutions
  • Perform coding to written technical specifications
  • Perform system design, documentation, and effect code changes that that meet the stated project objectives
  • Contribute design feedback, code review input with other developers
  • Identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of the project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and / or programs
  • Test the resulting components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans
  • Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
  • Follow company standards in terms of change management, Dev Ops, standardized documentation

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelors level degree in a computer science related field or equivalent experience and work record.
  • 5-10 years of work experience in a large organization
  • 3+ years of work experience with a focus on document capture / document management
  • 3+ years experience with the Captiva product suite
  • 3+ years experience in development of either C# or VB.Net
  • 3+ years experience with a major relational database and SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
