THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • At least 3 years of experience in a help desk and/or desktop support role
  • At least 3 years of hands on O365 experience
  • 2+ Years of hands on MS Server experience
  • 3+ of Network experience, preferably with Cisco gear
  • The right candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can work autonomously as well as within a group setting
  • Must have great verbal and written communication skills, as they will interact directly with internal business clients, ranging from entry level to the C-Suite
