WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Provide solutions to advanced technical issues the service team is unable to resolve
  • Interface with customers directly and handle all technical related issues while providing top-notch customer service
  • Your day to day will include tactical troubleshooting, monitoring, and proactive incident resolution  
  • Work directly with every level of the organization up to the C-Suite
  • Collaborate with customers and teammates to determine improvement areas for capabilities and processes
  • Mentor first level staff and serve as a primary escalation point for incidents and requests

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Strong background working with servers, applications, and network technologies (VMware, Linux, Firewalls, VLAN, IP Subnets)
  • Experience monitoring technical environments to identify and correct issues before the customer becomes aware there is a problem
  • Skills including: technical administration, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
  • You will have
  • Certified [or pursuing certifications] in one or more of the following: MCP, MCSA, ITIL, CCNA
