WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • System matter expert in HRIS administration, providing support and solutions 
  • Audits HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy, recommending improvements based on findings
  • Manages all HR system integration and implementations
  • Oversees data analysis for mergers and acquisitions, specifically compensation, benefits and policy and procedure
  • Owns and maintains HR intranet, answering questions and updating appropriately

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR/Compensation/HRIS, supporting multiple locations
  • ADP Workforce now experience preferred
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including advanced formulas
  • Strong math and analytical skills
