WHAT you will do:

  • Create and implement HR processes and procedures for the organization
  • Develop comprehensive initiatives to engage, retain and attract top talent across North America
  • Ensuring the risk components of Human Resources such as legal, worker’s compensation, and benefits compliance are addressed in a multi-site/ multi-site environment
  • Determine competitive compensation, benefits and performance strategies to align with industry trends
  • Promote a culture focused around people, productivity, high-performance, and career development
  • Partner alongside key stakeholders to correspond with company objectives

HOW you are qualified:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of strategic HR experience and influencing leaders
  • Must have experience supporting both corporate and field within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition- understanding HR, Talent and Risk
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables at once
  • Strong recruitment, training, talent management and internal communications experience
  • Mix of middle market and large company experience preferred
