  • Organizes education and communication initiatives for teammates.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and resolving escalated teammate inquiries.
  • Manages vendor relationships, including assessments.
  • Ensures that the teammate benefit programs are administered in accordance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge understanding of company-sponsored benefits.
  • Provides support for benefits and wellness integration.

Background that fits:

  • Bachelors and 3 years of related experience required.
  • 3 years of benefits, wellness, or vendor management preferred.
  • HR certification preferred with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in PeopleSoft and a similar HRIS system.
