WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Short Hills, NJ

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Reviews and audits confidential employee documents inclusive of PII data
  • Records and maintains database of cataloged and missing documents/data
  • Uploads data and documents into HR Reporting System
  • Keeps manager informed of any issues that may require attention
  • Coordinates information gathering efforts in highly sensitive matters

 THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Knowledge of D&B’s records management policies, practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and risks affecting records management and administration
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in records management applications
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, or interpreting PII information
  • Experience with Workday system desirable
  • Experience dealing with highly confidential personnel information
  • Technical knowledge appropriate to the position
