WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Employee Relations, Engagement and Work Culture
  • HR Metrics and Goal Achievement
  • Coaching and mentoring both leadership and employees
  • Identifying employee Training and Development opportunities and programs
  • Administration of HR Policies & Procedures
  • Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, and Retention
  • Actively support and be involved in Environmental Health and Safety initiatives
  • Assist in administering Company Salary and Benefits Programs

HOW ARE YOU QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business related degree
  • Must have 5 – 8 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience; Supervisor or Manager Experience a plus with non-union experience essential
  • Manufacturing experience in a plant enviroment exposed to 500+ employees
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast - paced environment is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience with MS Office is required
  • SAP and Taleo experience is a plus
