WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Sturtevant, WI

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Set brand growth strategy for the globe to drive equity and shares
  • Set competitive strategy for the globe, align brand priorities in each country
  • Accountable for Brands P&L and shares globally
  • Partner with agencies to develop the brand assets for the globe, including creative content for Integrated
  • Marketing Communication plans and packaging/label design
  • Own commercialization process and launch of NPD projects in partnership with Marketing Commercialization teams
  • Leverage understanding of consumer/shopper motivations and behaviors to develop winning marketing plans
  • Lead, develop, and coach Associate Managers
  • Required Skills/Experience /Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject required, Master's degree preferred
  • Seven years of related work experience, or five with a Master's degree
