WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Act as an advocate and representative for the customer inside the organization
  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly manner to the satisfaction of both the customer and company
  • Understanding International business export requirements such as:
    • Letter of Credits
    • Incoterms
    • International documentation
  • Coordinate the timely and accurate resolution of customer transactions. Including but not limited to:
    • Generation of customer quotes, contracts, and purchase orders and their associated amendments
    • Develop cost estimate and pricing in response to customer’s product requirements
    • Communicating with supply chain to coordinate order expedites
    • Understand commercial and logistic requirements for international orders
    • Generation of Returned Goods Authorizations, Requests for Engineering Analysis, and Customer Problem Reports
    • Generating, tracking, and distributing Returned Goods Authorizations, and corrective actions
    • Provide creative input for advertising and promotional literature * Manage customer complaints, inquiries, and requests in a friendly manner, satisfactory to both the customer and company
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, members of the business community, employees or managers. Ability to write complex and confidential correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information to clients, public groups, boards of directors, employees, management.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
