WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer phones/greet guests at front desk cordially and professionally; forward them securely to their destination
  • Assist Corporate Facilities Coordinator as needed with local facilities and vendor management to ensure work/deliveries are to our satisfaction
  • Maintain clean and positive environment in the entire reception and adjacent areas
  • Manage access system – duties range from providing guest with access cards to coordinating management of access system with security vendor/ALB HSE Security Manager
  • Assist Executive Assistants as needed for projects/tasks
  • Create and maintain standard procedures for position
  • Coordinate with Director of Real Estate and Corporate Facilities Coordinator to perform additional projects/tasks as needed

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a front office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks with little notice and juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Someone who can prioritize tasks and exercise independent judgment
  • Excels in a fast paced environment working within different teams
  • Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others
  • Committed to satisfying internal and external customers
