WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and the annual operating plan to provide meaningful insight to drive overall business performance 
  • You will be responsible for one direct report and will be expected to develop their FP&A skillset
  • You will lead the evaluation of the company's cost and profit models to impact pricing strategies
  • You will review competitor information and identify strengths and weaknesses in their financials
  • You will review variance analysis on actual to budget revenues and create an action plan to address areas of action or concern 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or management consulting with direct FP&A experience preferred 
  • Previous experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization
