WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Brooks, KY

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Handles building and vendor requests for the Kentucky swing space during Annual Reverification season and responds to questions and/or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and management for the purpose of submitting and resolving work order issues. This includes setting up equipment, tracking supplies and maintaining professional appearance.
  • General maintenance and monitoring of site to ensure facility is always maintained and represented in a clean, orderly and safe fashion.
  • Oversee outside vendors providing services to swing space.
  • Maintain vendor relations and service levels.
  • Vendors include but not limited to office equipment, supplies, furniture, vending, coffee, paper shredding and safety/security inspection program.
  • Assists and supports department manager in maintenance of office equipment, furniture and fixtures.
  • Provides general office and site assistance to various corporate associates and departments. Maintains and promotes positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.
  • Enforces and complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
