WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage and implement move requests
  • Coordinate and plan restacks within the company
  • Allocation of office space to new hires
  • Review and/or update space allocation/planning software (iOffice)
  • Ensures workspace is ready and equipped for new hires
  • Manage name plate production for a new hires, moves and restacks
  • Recommend, educate and enforce space policies/standards, procedures and protocols
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors for relocations and furniture
  • Develop occupancy analysis reporting to effectively communicate occupancy/vacancy ratios, headcount projections and workplace conditions
  • Develop reporting including headcount projections, capacity, vacancy, churn information, and space allocations in facilities

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Strong spatial skills with experience in the implementation of workplace strategies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into space requirements (space programming)
  • Familiarity with space management/occupancy planning software/technology (iOffice) as well as PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCad and SharePoint
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees and external contractors
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exhibit leadership, responsiveness and creativity
  • Ability to influence and to drive change
  • Strong collaborative/partnering skills
  • Good business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, value engineer and meet deadlines required
