WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the CEO and work directly with the Board of Directors and Senior Executives
  • Act as a gatekeeper and personal representative of the CEO and organization
  • Responsible for a variety of professional coordination including: managing schedules, booking appointments, meetings and travel, as well as assisting with reports, presentations, and other correspondences
  • Screen and handle calls directing them quickly and to the appropriate contact
  • Organized board and leadership events – on and offsite
  • Maintain a filing system for records, reports, minutes and other documents to include Board and committee meeting minutes, contracts, and executive budget and expenses
  • Attend meetings and takes minutes as required; transcribe and disseminate minutes; prepare agendas accordingly
  • Initiate and/or edit written communications on behalf of the CEO

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 5 years of related experience in an office environment, preferably supporting top executives
  • Work autonomously so someone who is self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and organized who can meet deadlines and communicate effectively
  • Work with highly sensitive information with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Professional demeanor who has strong interpersonal skills
  • Good at problem solving with critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize projects and accomplish them in a timely manner
  • Tech savvy and a quick learner
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and Access)
