WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:
• Mooresville, NC

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 

• Provide high-level, dedicated administrative support to the CEO  
• Enhance CEO’s effectiveness by providing confidential executive administrative support
• Frequently compose and finalize complex correspondence, documents, meeting minutes, reports and other business documents
• Conserve executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications 
• Maintain executives' calendar by planning and scheduling meetings and conferences, teleconferences and travel 
• Manage CEO’s logistics and calendars for meetings and conferences, including travel and catering 
• Develop and utilize filing systems 
• Maintain office supplies inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipts of supplies 
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs 
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• At least 4 years' experience supporting executive leaders 
• Experience managing multiple assignments/projects and conflicting priorities with the pressure of short, demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to work independently and follow complex, multi-step procedures to complete tasks 
• Basic accounting knowledge preferable 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and diplomacy regarding all information
• Ability to assist with events and activities in the evenings and during weekends
