WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Support strategy development and operations for all customer facing digital properties
  • Project manage web and mobile development projects from user research, design, prototyping, and visual design through usability testing and customer launch
  • Triage and prioritize bug and enhancement requests coordinating between teams to plan improvement sprints and enhancement projects seeing them through to completion
  • Create and maintain standard work documentation and procedures related to administration of strategies, roadmaps, applications and systems
  • Support the coordination of campaign initiatives across various marketing teams (products, solutions, field, and communications)
  • Support web based training sessions for both internal and external users
  • Provide direct support for eCommerce team members in promoting eCommerce initiatives and sales programs to drive business growth and stimulate customer engagement

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years of web and eCommerce site management experience
  • Keen sense of user experience, design, metrics and testing methodologies
  • Forward thinker willing to disrupt the status quo through an accelerated effort
  • Exceptional project and agency management skills
  • Ability to leverage technology including marketing automation, web content management, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) to drive desired outcomes
  • Equipment rental experience, customer service experience, and/or eCommerce experience is favorable
