THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 7+ years of proven B2C eCommerce leadership including P&L responsibility and oversight of digital merchandising and digital marketing teams
  • Experience managing multiple B2C eCommerce sites strongly preferred
  • Consumables industry or similar strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or similar
  • Must share the same owner-operator mindset as executive leadership
  • Strong cross-functional relationship building skills
