LOCATION
Huntersville, NC with occasional travel to Columbia, SC

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Define and document end-to-end requirements for site features and e-commerce solutions in collaboration with Merchandising and Creative teams
  • Manage multiple small-to-large size projects ensuring all are completed with quick turnaround and a high level of attention to detail. As incremental bandwidth is required, hire and manage third-party technical resources.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for UX development. Understand the visual design and UX/UI treatments for new and existing online experiences across viewports in desktop and mobile
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce implementation, including front end integration with third-party vendors and back end integration with SAP
  • Manage components of the e-commerce budget related to technology

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration, implementation and custom development with multiple commerce platforms.
  • Expert level knowledge and experience on SFCC (Demandware)
  • Understand architectural principles and coding patterns of Site Genesis
  • Experience with hiring and coordinating teams of third-party technical resources (including off-shore) as incremental development bandwidth
