WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Charlotte, NC

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Oversee the development of content and marketing strategies that drive brand recognition, promote compelling messaging, and result in increased customer activity and leads.
  • Oversee marketing channels, leveraging internal and external resources, ensuring brand messaging is aligned and consistent across the channels for maximum effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to help oversee the execution of all web, social media, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email campaigns, blogging and display advertising campaigns using social media platforms.
  • Work with designers and third-party vendors to produce imagery, video, and copy that is consistent with the brand voice / strategy
  • Identify and oversee the management of projects that increases relevance, engagement, and ultimately goal completion.
  • Ensure digital strategies meet business and franchisee needs by collaborating with internal and external content providers, editors, designers and developers
  • Use various marketing channels to create the strategy for acquisition of new customers and manage their lifecycle 
  • Manage B2C and B2B marketing campaigns to drive leads for participating and increase engagement and brand loyalty
  • Interact with the analytics team to understand performance of all marketing campaigns and team KPIs.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Marketing experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Google Analytics, Facebook and YouTube Analytics / Insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide fact-based recommendations and draw actionable insights from the analysis.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, functions, departments, and business units to coordinate effective solutions and deliver timely and accurate results.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely.
