WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • You will serve as a pivotal consumer brands eCommerce leader for the organization, with P&L responsibility of multiple DTC eCommerce sites
  • Direct internal and external resources in digital marketing, analytics, order fulfillment, user experience, optimization, personalization, and digital merchandising
  • Deliver optimal consumer journeys utilizing web optimization best practices in search, navigation, and taxonomy
  • Build, lead, and mentor a best-in-class team
  • Reporting to the C-suite, you will provide critical insights on performance along with ever-evolving industry trends

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 7+ years of proven DTC eCommerce leadership including P&L responsibility and oversight of digital merchandising and digital marketing teams
  • Experience utilizing eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Hyperion, etc.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc
  • Apparel, accessories, jewelry, luxury products or similar industry experience strongly preferred
  • Blended approach of storytelling and analytics to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or similar
