WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Guide executive leaders through strategy sessions that include finance, business operations, supply chain, marketing and human resources transformation
  • Owning individual projects from concept to completion
  • Work with various leaders from across the business to define and scope new projects and monitoring the delivery of projects to ensure on-time delivery
  • Run multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, while servig as the principal strategic partner to key leaders of the business
  • Responsible for proactively identifying issues or risks, and immediately alerting management in the event of a problem
  • Regularly interact with the field to understand current challenges and discover new opportunities that exist at different levels

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Recent MBA required
  • Ability to effectively execute a wide-range of research tasks, including interviewing Sr. Executives, customers, or key stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing complex quantitative problems to craft practical, value-added solutions
  • Strong problem skills in order to lead the team through an efficient, effective, and exhaustive problems
  • Having a creative mindset to find innovative approaches that solve organizational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience guiding, developing, and supporting members of a team
