  • Lead, motivate, support, and be accountable for a small but nimble IoT team with both direct report responsibilities and matrixed org team members
  • Working in partnership with Field Operations, Technology, Sales, Fleet, Safety and other departments, build and execute IoT strategy that is robust, forward-thinking and drives accelerated business performance inclusive of employee and customer experience and operating efficiencies
  • Understand employees, customers, markets and competitors to produce valuable insights that can be turned into IoT and related features, products and services
  • Leveraging Tech teams and IoT platform, lead the iterative product development of IoT Portal and related products
  • Research, develop, pilot, execute and scale IoT related projects across global footprint
  • Aid in the education of employees and customers on IoT and fleet telematics
  • Lead and support the telematics hardware program to ensure maximum uptime and strategic retro-fitting of assets as necessary
  • Identify and report on KPIs to clearly show value, trends and opportunities across the IoT portfolio
  • Represent the company at industry and trade associations in the space of IoT


  • BA or higher in Product Management, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or other relevant areas
  • 5 years minimum demonstrated program or product management related to IoT/digital transformation, global company experience highly preferred
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Rental, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry experience not required but is a plus
  • Experience designing, building, implementing enterprise business solutions
  • Success in designing and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis
  • Experience with working in an Agile development environment
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams without direct report relationships
  • Knowledge of PTC’s Thing Worx platform or similar OOTB IIOT platforms highly preferred
  • Track record of execution while managing multiple projects of meaningful scope and duration
  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration through effective change management
