WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations/Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Manage and solve problems; have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.
  • Business Strategy
  • Remain in tune with client strategy and track progress against it
  • Develops innovative ideas to assist and drive client initiatives
  • Provide laser focus on strategy and be up to speed on industry trends
  • Account Growth
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Seek creative opportunities within the healthcare system to expand the company's footprint

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaborative, and analytical skills with a customer focus

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 7 years in an account management role or 2 years in Healthcare related industry.
  • Requires the ability to travel in the service area on a regular basis

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Progressive healthcare sales experience in a multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred.  
  •  Strong analytical skill set
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to present professionally
  • Results driven
