THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED AT THE FOLLOWING:
• Camden, SC

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Install configure and maintain Server infrastructure (Windows Server 2003-2012)
• Active Directory
• Storage Systems
• Maintain and configure Virtual Environment (VMware)
• Communication technologies (WAN – MPLS -, Internet, VPN, phone system, etc.)
• Network technologies (LAN, Routers, Switches, WLAN, etc.)
• Backup / Restore
• Documentation

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
• Help Desk Support for employees at Hengst Camden and Hengst Novi
• Manage requests via the IT ticket solution (Manage Engine Service Desk Plus)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems running Window 7 and mobile devices IPhone’s
• Support and maintain all IT Hardware and Software incl. tracking inventory
• Administration of User Accounts, Permissions and Microsoft Exchange
• Implement and support MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
