WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Center Valley, PA

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Provides remote and on-site support to user base, including clients, customers and partners. Take support calls and log issues into problem management system. Diagnoses basic hardware and software problems by phone or email. Responds to customer inquiries and answers customer's basic questions. Assists clients via research and problem solving. Refers more complex questions to appropriate subject matter expert. 
  • Provide front line support to sales team members and end-users primarily on North America Order Automation (OA) system and/or on Apttus to answer questions and resolve issues, as well as manage order queue 
  • Provide support in complex product configurations and pricing as well as custom order form generation 
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and partner with business/technology to determine best approach for implementation 
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members, including technology, to research and resolve issues 
  • Make administrative as well as business changes to OA tables and/or global QTC tables as necessary 
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and securing signoff for change requests 
  • Willing to work late hours during month end support 
  • Manage projects into OA/Apttus
