WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • This role will champion driving the Sales and Operations Planning for the company
  • Pivotal member of a tactical team focused on building collaborative plans that align various departments including sales, finance, and supply chain
  • As a highly visible professional within the organization, this role will lead monthly meetings with key counterparts across multiple business units to provide detailed input into strategic business plans to drive continued growth and collaboration
  • Will create, execute, and adjust statistical forecasts based on demand drivers for various business units

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a business/finance related role
  • Understanding of financial and operational impacts of forecasting (time-series)
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau or other data mining/analytical software is highly preferred
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
