WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Waxdale, WI

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the inventory accuracy in LSP(S) to meet budget and operational kpi performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze and solve problems involving inventory variances, receipt discrepancies, returns, obsolete, damage, custom pallets, confirmations, past dues, and unfilled orders
  • Ensure all processes relating to inventory are operated in full compliance to all relevant company and country legal standards regarding health, safety, environmental, dangerous good, transport, GEN24, and import/export regulations
  • Inventory management including compliance and reporting, and obsolescence
  • Coordinate communication between company QA and QI personnel and LSP/Contract Manufacturer counterpart regarding identification and disposition of inventory that does not conform to quality standards
  • Inventory accuracy; including book to book reconciliation, coordination, and audit of cycle and stock counts
  • Waste and disposal process
  • Develop deep functional and sustainable capability in inventory and systems
  • Provide analytical support to operations and transportation teams

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in an engineering or supply chain discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, warehouse operations, customer service, or LSP management
  • Strong analytical skills; the ability to portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the organization
