WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Receiving customer orders and accurately processing them in the ERP 
  • Follow the system of checks and balances to uncover and correct order entry errors before they negatively impact our business or that of our clients
  • Record client interactions in our CRM System (Salesforce)
  • Respond to customer inquiries for order status, order adjustments, samples, lead times, etc
  • Actively correspond via email and calls and work with teammates to maximize efficiency

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment 
  • Working experience with Microsoft DynamicsGP, Syteline, and management reporter preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
  • A college degree from a credited university is preferred
