WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the day to day activity of the Customer Service Representatives, and energize the Reps driving a ‘team’ mentality and a passion for customer service
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to working as a team in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor team’s accountability with key service performance measures – screen order entry flow, evaluate performance, and conduct training
  • Identify areas of improvement within the customer service group, develop and support new solutions, and implement changes within the group to increase productivity and quality
  • Further develop procedures to deliver on backorder management, customer complaint management, and customer feedback procedures
  • Work on building collaborative relationships and shared goals with Operations and Supply Chain

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of direct reports within a manufacturing environment
  • SAP experience required
  • Experience in developing or implementing a call center solution software preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed and someone who can make quick, sound decisions
