WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Center Valley, PA

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Must be fluent in either Norwegian, Polish, or German
  • Needs minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience including inbound and outbound calls
    • Able to handle and listen to issues for customers independently and do their best to ensure they are fully satisfied
  • Efficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
  • Needs to be able to work independently with minimal Supervision as this will eventually be remote position
  • Will need access to WIFI/Internet
  • Needs to be quick learner, flexible, dependable and have clear communication skills as well as time management skills
