WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • You will be responsible for all accounting functions as well as human resources and payroll
  • You will balance daily sales and deposits and post the general ledger
  • You will prepare all journal entries and execute daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations
  • You will ensure the accuracy of daily inventory levels and values
  • You will prepare monthly sales and use tax filings along with annual property tax filings
  • You will assist with new employee onboarding and act as the primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, and 401(k)

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA preferred
  • Previous experience in high volume distribution industry
  • Previous system conversion experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily
