WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:
• South Charlotte

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Assist Payroll Manager in preparation, processing and distribution of multi state state payroll for hourly, salary and global employees 
• Assist in month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, preparing lead schedules and gathering support for all accruals
• Partner with ADP to maintain, monitor and administer state withholding and unemployment accounts.
• Interface with management regarding payroll and benefit questions and employee requirements.
• Balance payroll accounts by auditing information, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide customer service to internal employees regarding benefit changes and questions 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources preferred
• 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience required
• ADP Workforce a PLUS
• Advanced Excel skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who thrives with learning new tasks
