LOCATION:

  • North Phoenix, AZ

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build and pull reports from system
  • Produce daily, weekly quarterly and ad hoc reports
  • Analyze data and interpret trends to help formulate recommendations for leadership team
  • Manipulate data in Microsoft Excel
  • Research, analyze and maintain information systems to support HR team and functions
  • Keep log of all reported support issues
  • Analyze pay and performance, compensation and benefits plan designs

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with emphasis on HRIS reporting
  • Minimum professional Associates Degree
  • Intermediate to advances Excel skills (reporting, pivot tables, formula creation, etc.)
  • Results-oriented individual with great multitasking skill
