  • Scheduling interview and travel
  • Reviewing resumes (maybe some light phone screen vetting)
  • Communicating with hiring manager
  • Updating Applicant Tracking System
  • Administer the Caliper assessment
  • Average 10 requisitions at a time

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

  • 1 to 5 years of recruiting or HR coordinator experience
  • Good judgement (as it pertains to screening candidates)  
  • Great organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
