WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Review, handle, manage, and edit contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Manage and maintain lists of contract terms for leadership teams such as contract values, payment terms, and more
  • Work closely with operations, sales and estimating
  • Assist with organization’s liability insurance requirements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Participate in project hand-off meetings with operations, sales, and finance to ensure all key contract provisions are discussed and understood

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator/Paralegal 
  • Construction experience required
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills required
