WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Participates in the implementation and administration of compensation programs for the company including job evaluation, salary administration, annual incentives.
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and calculations and generates reports in support of the administration of compensation programs.
  • Participates in the management of the merit increase process by compiling employee eligibility, position, salary and other information, providing managers with information, and preparing reports for review and approvals.
  • Maintains and analyzes compensation information, performs ad-hoc compensation analysis, job evaluation and job documentation, and participates in surveys to determine program trends and best practices. 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. HR, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compensation.
  • Proficient with MS Office – Especially advanced Excel skills necessary to perform this role successfully
  • Success Factors experience a plus
  • Strong analytical as well as good project management skills
  • Experience with Towers Watson is a plus
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred but not required
