WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Participates in the implementation and administration of compensation programs including job evaluations and salary administration.
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and calculations and generates reports in support of the administration of global compensation programs.
  • Participates in the management of the merit increase process by compiling employee eligibility, position, salary and other information; supports Global Compensation Inbox to provide managers and HR partners with information to complete the year end cycle.
  • Assists with the coordination of survey participation and updating salary ranges.
  • Works with HRIS team to audit data and submit changes as required

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. HR, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in compensation
  • Proficient with MS Office – Especially advanced Excel skills necessary to perform this role successfully
  • Success Factors experience a plus
  • Strong analytical as well as project management skills
  • Experience with Towers Watson is a plus
