  • Collaborates with Data Strategy, CX, and Analytics to measure success of various programs and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to address awareness, consideration, conversion and retention
  • Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement developed marketing programs
  • Applies intelligent insights on customers, competition, and industry trends to enhance development and performance of marketing plans
  • Ability to align line of business goals to marketing strategies that target those audiences with an outside-in customer-centric approach
  • Uses customer segmentation and personas for prioritization of acquisition, increased wallet shares and retention.
  • Focus on conversion, retention, and advocacy strategies for targeted accounts
  • Project management and execution of ABM model. Develops scalable operations practices to enhance execution and evolution of ABM model. Ongoing optimization of program based on performance, customer insights, business needs and market opportunities.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, higher level degree preferred
  • 8 to 10 years of marketing experience, financial industry is a plus
  • Experience in ABM, integrated marketing and demand generation
  • Excellent leadership and change management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Goal oriented with a drive for growth
