 WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Travel the Midwest portion of the US (including Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa) and recruit/develop assigned new commercial dealer accounts in metro and select key commercial markets.
  • They will add value for Accounts by cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each business partner's growth, optimal performance, and success.
  • End user visits and conversions
  • Development of commercial programs including fleet penetration
  • Actively involved with assigned industry associations
  • Municipality commercial conversions
  • Make planned calls and chronicle the discussions and outcomes of the visits in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system..

 THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Qualified applicants should have a successful track record of at least 3-5 years of high performance direct selling experience.
  • Prefers experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as the appliance, agricultural equipment, power tool, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, power sports business.
  • Experience in new account recruitment is strongly preferred.
  • Presentation skills and computer/software proficiency: Microsoft Office experience is required, as well as the ability to learn and master other in-house programs that track sales and customer relations
