  • Ensure messaging and voice appropriate for clients, consistent look and feel.
  • Make recommendations to streamline content and increase process efficiency.
  • Deliver accurate and timely data, metrics and reports for key organizational meetings.
  • Create materials to communicate client's digital capabilities both internally and externally.
  • Partner across the organization on development of B2B & B2C storylines, integration of key themes, and various key initiatives as needed.
  • Meets/exceeds senior management information needs by delivering business management artifacts that they are clear, crisp, and organized.
  • Collaborate with data providers to deliver accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor and track risks, issues and action items to ensure accountability, follow through and resolution as per prescribed commitments.
  • Establish excellent communications across various business units and technology teams.
  • Enables sound decision making by ensuring that data used in analyses and reporting is reliable and accurate.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and business in summaries for client issues.
  • Helping concept, make recommendations and executing on better packaging of material for the field.
  • Create and document repeatable processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve consensus across stakeholders by driving clarity around needs, findings, gaps and mitigation measures.
  • Accurately translate ideas and business needs into clear business cases understood by both business and IT.
  • Anticipate and take action on future risks, problems and opportunities.
  • Partner with diverse teams throughout the company to deliver programs on time.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a communications, marketing or institutional role with a minimum of 3 years in Marketing/Communications.
  • Understanding of institutional retirement plan business.
  • Understanding of financial services industry and the audiences that are served.
  • Expert communication skills and easily builds relationships with all partners.
  • Expert presentation skills with the ability to simplify the complex.
  • Expert PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat professional skills are preferred.
  • Understanding of compliance process.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail
