WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Provide integration support for new customers, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain and produce Salesforce reporting and integrity of opportunity records
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate new interest

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years recent experience supporting a sales team
  • 1-2 years recent experience handling and generating warm leads
  • Data-driven
  • Technical interest
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
