WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Short Hills, NJ

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Responsible for partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs, then translating those needs into JIRA.
  • May be responsible for identifying and tracking issues and risks related to project or system.
  • May be responsible for fulfilling project management/governance responsibilities.

     

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Functional and technical experience with Salesforce.com or other SaaS technology is ideal
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus/Salesforce CPQ or CLM.
  • Provide professional, clear, unambiguous, and complete written and verbal communication that ensures the intended audience receives information appropriately
  • Prior experience in application design, application configuration, test processes
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • CPQ/CLM Consultant works closely with the team to understand the product, pricing and packaging and design, configure and test end to end Apttus and Salesforce Quote-to-Cash once configured
  • Additionally, knowledge of Contract Life-Cycle Management (CLM) with any leading CLM platforms such as Apttus, Conga or SpringCM is a plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
