WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Join the customer service team to manage key accounts
  • Answer calls and emails to provide customers with strong product knowledge and specifications
  • Order processing includes: mail, phone, fax, EDI, ARIBA, ISSOTIS, other custom software purchasing solutions and on-line website
  • Coordinate order due dates and request dates with distribution
  • Interface with procurement planning/sourcing regarding product availability
  • Prepare and maintain customer profile, pricing file and on-line ordering catalog
  • Coordinate with AR regarding customer payment terms
  • Assist and backup other CSR accounts as needed
  • Implement applicable customer routing guides to determine cost effective routing
  • Communications with upper management and all functional departments
  • Process reports requested by sales management and customers (Excel)

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • MUST SPEAK SPANISH
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service or technical support
  • Experience with import / export documentation required
  • Detail-oriented and organized who has excellent communication and follow up skills 
  • Strong commitment to customer service who can solve complex problems quickly
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
