THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Provide Tier 3 support to over 300 end-users resolving desktop, hardware and software, network troubleshooting needs
• Utilize ticketing system to log and track customer issues through completion
• Provide support for internal applications as well as OTS software packages
• Perform software installation and configuration as well as maintaining hardware and software inventory records
• Communicate with third party vendors as needed 
• Refer to and follow documented processes while adding to the information along the way

BACKGROUND PROFILE: 
• Seeking an entrepreneurial “self-starter” with a 2 or 4 year degree that is focused on Computer Science or a related field
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple issues at once
• Knowledgeable on supporting enterprise and MS environments to include: Windows XP/7, Windows Servers 2003 & 2008, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Oracle, Cisco networking technologies, etc.
• Experience supporting mobile devices – iPhones & iPads are deployed across the company with over 250 iOS devices
