WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answer phones, file, fax and copy materials
- Perform word processing
- Compose letters and memos
- Prepare written reports
- Schedule meetings
- Perform data entry
- Maintain significant contact with other associates, customers, and suppliers
- Provide clerical support
- Responsible for working with IT group to setup accounts and assets for new hires
- Will be handling travel arrangements, calendars, and other admin functions as needed
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
- High school diploma
- Solid computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 5 years of experience with no degree
- Comfortable taking the lead on projects
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities while working in an irregular work environment with changing priorities and multiple projects
- Function independently with minimal supervision with strong attention to detail and follow up and completion of assigned action items
- Relate well to all kinds of people
- Build appropriate rapport
- Build constructive and effective relationships
- Use diplomacy and tact in communications
