WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Concord, NC

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer phones, file, fax and copy materials
  • Perform word processing
  • Compose letters and memos
  • Prepare written reports
  • Schedule meetings
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain significant contact with other associates, customers, and suppliers
  • Provide clerical support
  • Responsible for working with IT group to setup accounts and assets for new hires
  • Will be handling travel arrangements, calendars, and other admin functions as needed

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High school diploma
  • Solid computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with no degree
  • Comfortable taking the lead on projects
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities while working in an irregular work environment with changing priorities and multiple projects
  • Function independently with minimal supervision with strong attention to detail and follow up and completion of assigned action items
  • Relate well to all kinds of people
  • Build appropriate rapport
  • Build constructive and effective relationships
  • Use diplomacy and tact in communications
